This video is for organisations or individuals planning to facilitate Hearts and Minds training events for healthcare providers. It is just over 40 minutes in length, and explains the resources below, as well as considering the practical considerations to organise a 2 hour event yourself.

We use the term trainer or facilitator to refer to those who are leading a 2 hour Hearts and Minds training session. Download the Handbook below for key information about planning and facilitating a session.

Be sure to thoroughly review the handbook and introductory video above in addition to reviewing the training slides.

It is recommended that facilicators set aside a minimum of 90 minutes preparation before running your first Hearts and Minds event.

Attendance Certificates

You can add your organisation's logo prior to printing (please use colour printing where possible).

Every attendee should receive a printed signed and dated certificate before leaving the training workshop. CPD point recognition can be very important for people working in healthcare, so a signed and dated certificate must be made available to all those who attend a live session in its entirety.
